Monitoring and evaluation of recruitment system in the selected organization

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá náborovým procesem a náborovými činnostmi v obchodní společnosti. Cílem práce je popsat a vyhodnotit systém náboru ve vybrané organizaci. První část této práce se zabývá teoretickým vymezením náborových procesů a činností. V praktické části je popsána organizace a její systém náboru a je zde uveden příklad výběrového řízení. Mezi využité metody této práce patří pozorování organizace v oblasti náboru a byl použit strukturovaný rozhovor s manažerem. Na zjištěné drobné nedostatky byly vypracovány návrhy řešení.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the recruitment process and recruitment activities in a business company. The aim of the work is to describe and evaluate the recruitment system in the selected organization. The first part of this work deals with the theoretical definition of recruitment processes and activities. The practical part describes the organization and its recruitment system and gives an example of a selection procedure. The methods used in this work include observation of the organization in the field of recruitment and a structured interview with the manager was used. Proposals for solutions were developed for the identified minor deficiencies.
