Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu vývoje správního trestání na českém území. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na historický vývoj správního trestání. Stručně definuje postup vývoje vzniku správního trestání. Poukazuje na rozdělení správního práva. Praktická část je zaměřena na dvě vybraná rozhodnutí o spáchání přestupku ve dvou odlišných právních rovinách.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the development of administrative punishment on Czech territory. The theoretical part focuses on the historical development of administrative punishment. It briefly defines the process of developing administrative punishment. It points to the division of administrative law.
