Handling professional instability of young women on the job market

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá profesně nestabilizovanými mladými ženami na trhu práce. Diplomová práce je rozdělená na část teoretickou a empirickou. Teoretická část se obecně zabývá nestabilitou v současné společnosti a jejími vlivy na pozici mladých žen na trhu práce. Konkrétněji se zaměřuje na moderní pojetí kariéry, koncept flexikurity a postavení žen na trhu práce s akcentem na genderový aspekt. V empirické části je popsána metodologie kvalitativního výzkumného šetření a jsou v ní interpretována analyzovaná data. Diplomová práce je uzavřena závěrečnou diskuzí.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the professionaly non-stabilized young women in the labor market. The thesis is divided into two parts – teoretical and empirical. The theoretical part covers general instability in contemporary society and its influence on the position of young women in the labor market. More specifically it focuses on modern approach to a career, flexicurity and status of women in labor market, with emphasis on the gender aspekt. The methodology of qualitative research and interpretation of analyzed date are described in the empirical part. The thesis is concluded with final discussion.
