Remuneration analysis of employees preschool and school system of the Czech Republic

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce pojednává z teoretického hlediska o financování veřejného školství České republiky, o zaměstnancích škol, kterými jsou pedagogové a nepedagogové, a o charakteristikách odměňování ve školských organizacích, které jsou součástí regionálního školství a zřizovatelé jsou územní samosprávné celky. Kvalifikační práce v praktické části analyzuje odměňování zaměstnanců v mateřských a základních školách. K analyzování informací je zvolen kvantitativní výzkum prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zaměstnanců škol a kvalitativní výzkum v podobě expertního rozhovoru s řediteli škol. Praktická část dále vyobrazuje grafické rozložení odměňování zaměstnanců nejmenované plzeňské základní a mateřské školy s hodnotami vykázanými ve výkazech práce P 1-04.

Abstract:

From a theoretical point of view, the bachelor's thesis discusses the financing of the Czech public education systems, the employees of schools, which are teachers and non-teachers, and discusses the general remuneration characteristics in the budgetary sphere and, in more detail, the remuneration of the schools that are part of regional education and the education authority is local self-government units. The practical part of the thesis is the analysis of the remuneration of the nursery schools and of the elementary schools' employees. Quantitative and qualitative research is chosen. The written questionnaire for school staff and the expert interview with school heads. The practical part further graphically describes the salaries of employees of an unnamed Pilsen elementary school a nursery school with the values reported in the work reports P 1-04.
