Impacts of ICT use on communication in public administration – practice of the Tax office

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce je dopad využití moderních informačních a komunikačních technologií na způsob komunikace ve veřejné správě. Problémovou oblastí práce bude využití ICT v praxi komunikace finančních úřadů. Teoretická část bakalářské práce bude věnována vymezení veřejné správy a terminologii související s vývojem probíhajícím v oblasti ICT ve zvoleném sektoru veřejné správy. Na základě analýzy aktuální literatury z oblasti e-governmentu budou představeny aktuální trendy. V praktické části bude diskutována současná praxe zapojení ICT v činnosti finančního úřadu a uvedeny možnosti a limity zavedení nových technologií v komunikačních procesech finanční správy, a to jak uvnitř tohoto segmentu státní správy, tak i v externích vztazích.

Abstract:

The aim of the bachelor thesis is the impact of the modern information technologies and the communicative technologies on the way of communication in a public administration. The problematic field of the thesis is going to be the usage of ICT in the communication praxis. The theoretical part is going to be dedicated to the definition of the public administration and to the therminology connected with the development in the field of ICT in the chosen sector of the public administration. Based on the analysis of the actual literature about an e-government the actual trends are going to be presented. In the practical part the present praxis of ICT connection at the tax offices is going to be disccussed. Further, the limits of a new technologies integration in the communication processes of the financial administration, both inside of the segment of the state administration and outside in the external relationships, are going to be presented.
