Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do teoretické a výzkumné části. V teoretické části vymezuji: historii sociální práce, sociální práci s romskou menšinou, postavení romské menšiny a její historii. Text je zároveň věnován otázkám sociálního vyloučení a demografii sociálně vyloučených lokalit v Moravskoslezském kraji. Ve výzkumné části se věnuji případové studii třech romských rodin. Cestou skupinového rozhovoru s každou rodinou jsou zjišťovány otázky poskytování služeb a jejich nejčastější problémy, které následně jsou interpretovány dle výchozího teoretického kontextu.

Abstract:

Bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and research part. In the theoretical part: the history of social work, social work with the Roma minority, the position of the Roma minority.I including the history of the Roma are considered. The issues and of the social exclusion and demography of the socially excluded localities in the Moravian-Silesian Region are presented. The application part involves case study of three Roma families living in an excluded locality in Frýdek-Místek. Based on the group discussions with each family the issues of social work services and thein problems are gained, analysed and discussed in the context theoretical framework.
