Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou finančního zdraví vybraných podniků v odvětví psacích potřeb. Cílem práce je posoudit finanční situaci a výkonnost čtyř analyzovaných podniků pomocí finanční analýzy a následně zhodnotit jejich finanční stabilitu a konkurenceschopnost. V rámci analýzy byly zkoumány následující ukazatelé: zadlužení, výsledek hospodaření, likvidita, rentabilita, Tafflerův model, IN01 a IN99. Výsledky ukázaly, že část podniků vykazovala nízkou likviditu, zatímco jeden z nich vykazoval vyšší likviditu. Výsledky rentability dosahovaly přijatelných hodnot. Jedním z hlavních zjištění práce je výskyt velkého množství extrémních hodnot, což může naznačovat značné rozdíly v ekonomické výkonnosti jednotlivých podniků v odvětví. Tento fakt by mohl mít vliv na konkurenceschopnost podniků a jejich schopnost udržet se na trhu dlouhodobě. V práci jsou blíže popsány opatření, které by podniky měly přijmout pro zlepšení finančního zdraví.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the analysis of the financial health of selected companies in the writing instruments industry. The aim of the study is to assess the financial situation and performance of four analyzed companies using financial analysis and subsequently evaluate their financial stability and competitiveness. Within the analysis, the following indicators were examined: indebtedness, financial result, liquidity, profitability, Taffler's model, IN01, and IN99. The results showed that some companies exhibited low liquidity, while one of them demonstrated higher liquidity. Profitability results reached acceptable values. One of the main findings of the study is the occurrence of a large number of extreme values, which may indicate significant differences in the economic performance of individual companies in the industry. This fact could impact the competitiveness of the companies and their ability to remain in the market in the long term. The thesis further describes measures that companies should adopt to improve their financial health.
