Inhabitants of Kunovice on the west front of the World War II
Abstract:
Diplomová práce popisuje jednu životní etapu dvou téměř neznámých kunovických občanů, Jaroslava Šenka a Jana Štěrby, bojujících za svobodu Československa na francouzské a anglické půdě. Pojednává o jejich odchodu z vlasti, pobytu ve Francii a později ve Velké Británii, jejich návratu do vlasti a životě po válce.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis describes two unknown inhabitants of Kunovice and their one life period in historical context. Jaroslav Šenk and Jan Štěrba fighting for freedom of Chechoslovakia in France and in England. It gives information about their leaving their home country, their staying in France and later in England, their coming back and their lives after the war.
