Sportovní manažeři mají v důsledku zvyšující se hospodářské a společenské roli sportu čím dál tím více kompetencí, a zároveň jsou na ně, a na jejich osobnost, kladeny stále vyšší požadavky. Právě na osobnost sportovního manažera se zaměřuje tato diplomová práce, s důrazem na nezbytné charakteristiky, které by neměly u úspěšného sportovního manažera chybět. Sports managers have, due to increasing social and economic role of sports, more and more competencies. As a result of this increased importance of sports, the demands on sports managers and their personalities are intensified and emphasized.
