The grant system of EU agricultural policy and its influence on the Czech Republic

Abstract:

V této bakalářské práci je zkoumán vliv systému dotací evropské zemědělské politiky na zemědělství České republiky. V první části práce jsou uvedeny základní informace o českém zemědělství, jeho vývoji a současném stavu. Dále je zde popsán proces vzniku Společné zemědělské politiky, její základní charakteristiky a reformy. V další části práce se zabývám zemědělskými dotacemi, jejich opodstatněností, strukturou a podobou před a po vstupu České republiky do Evropské unie. Poslední část práce je věnována vyhodnocení vlivu systému dotací zemědělské politiky EU na vybrané oblasti českého zemědělství.

Abstract:

This work examines the influence of European agricultural subsidies policy on Agriculture of the Czech Republic. The first part provides basic informations about the Czech agriculture, its development and current state. Furthermore, there is described a process of formation of the Common Agricultural Policy, its basic characteristics and reforms. The next section deals with agricultural subsidies, the merit sof subsidies, their form and structure before and after the Czech Republic's accession to the European Union. The last part is devoted to evaluate the impact of EU agricultural policy subsidies to selected areas of the Czech agriculture.
