The problem of the complexity of the managerial role in social services for families with children

Abstract:

Cílem této magisterké práce je popsat obsah role úspěšného vedoucího pracovníka sociálních služeb pro rodiny s dětmi. Teoretická část práce vymezuje základní stěžejní pojmy a koncepty z oblasti neziskových organizací sociálních služeb se zaměřením nejen na management neziskových organizací sociálních služeb a jeho odlišnosti, ale i na specifika sociální práce s rodinou. Dále se práce zabývá analýzou rolí vedoucího pracovníka sociálních služeb pro rodiny s dětmi včetně možných stylů vedení pracovníků. Metodologická část práce popisuje zvolenou kvalitativní výzkumnou strategii - polostrukturované rozhovory, dále použitou metodu sběru dat a způsob výběru respondentů.V empirické části jsou pak prezentovány výsledky výzkumného šetření a také závěrečná doporučení.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to describe the contents of the role of a successful manager of social services for families with children. Part of the theoretical work defines the basic fundamental terms and concepts of the non - profit social services organizations, focusing not only on the management of non - profit organizations of social services and its differences, but also on the specifics of the social work with the family. The work involves the analysis of the role of managers of social services for families with children, including possible leadership styles of managers. Part of the work of methodological describes the qualitative research strategy - semi structured interviews, the method uses data collection and the selection of respondents. In empirical parts are then present the results of the research of the investigation and also the final recommendations.
