The Influence of the Social Atmosphere in the Organization of the Work Motivation of Employees

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem sociální atmosféry v organizaci na pracovní motivaci zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je identifikovat a analyzovat významné faktory působící pozitivně a negativně na sociální atmosféru zaměstnanců ve vybrané nejmenované organizaci. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části -- teoretickou část a praktickou část. První část je zaměřena na vysvětlení a objasnění pojmů potřebných v praktické části. V druhé části je především vyhodnocení výsledků zjištěných pomocí analýzy dat, která byla získána pomocí metody dotazníku.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis looks into the impact of the social atmosphere in a chosen organisation on its employee work motivation. The main goal of this thesis is to identify andanalyse the important factors having positive and negative influence on the social atmosphere in the chosen nameless organisation. This thesis is divided into two parts -- theoretical part and practical part. The first one is aimed to clarify the terms needed for the practical part. In the second one, there is mainly an evaluation of the results that were obtained from the data analysis. Those data were gained through questionnaires.
