Abstract:

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je onemocnění diabetes mellitus u dětí a možnost jejich resocializace. Výzkum byl prováděn v diabetologické poradně zdravotnického zařízení. V teoretické části shrnuji nejnovější poznatky diabetu mellitu, jeho historii, výskyt a klasifikaci. Zabývám se zde hlavně diabetem mellitem 1. typu jeho léčbou, komplikacemi, edukací, pohybovým režimem a zásadami stravování u tohoto onemocnění. V části praktické zjišťuji informovanost rodičů o onemocnění diabetu mellitu. Jak napomáhají školská zařízení a zdravotní pojišťovny dětem s onemocněním diabetem mellitem. A v jakém věku se nejčastěji toto onemocnění diagnostikuje

Abstract:

The topic of this dissertation is the illness diabetes mellitus by children and the eventuality of their social adaptation. The survey was made in a diabetes councelling of a medical centre. In the theoretical part the newest knowledge of diabetes mellitus is summarized as well as its history, occurrence and classification. I´m especially dealing with diabetes mellitus type 1 and its treatment, complication by this illness, education, exercise regime and with eating principles of this illness. In the practical part I´m detecting parents´awareness of diabetes mellitus and concerning with the question: how do the educational facilities and health insurance companies help children who suffer from diabetes mellitus as well as with the age at what this illness mostly occures.
