Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem získávání a výběru pracovníků. Cílem práce je zpracovat zadanou problematiku, porovnat získané informace z podniků a vypracovat návrh na zlepšení efektivnosti získávání a výběru pracovníků. Bachelor thesis pursues the topic of recruiting and selecting workers.
