Tato diplomová práce se zabývá bankovním sektorem a jeho regulací z celosvětového i národního hlediska. Jsou zde vymezena rizika a regulatorní opatřeními k řízení rizik. Diplomová práce analyzuje vývoj a dopady implementace dohody o kapitálové přiměřenosti Basel II na bankovní sektor. This thesis deals with the banking sector and its regulation of the global and national perspective. There are defined risk and regulatory risk management measures. This thesis analyzes the development and effects of the implementation rules of capital adequacy Basel II on the banking sector.
