Diplomová práce se zabývá přístupem pracovníků k otázce autonomie vůle seniorů s demencí coby klientů, o které pečují v rámci rezidenčních zařízení. V teoretické části práce je vyložena charakteristika cílové skupiny seniorů včetně specifik demence, vymezen je pojem autonomie a popsána relevantní legislativa, přiblíženy jsou také poznatky dosavadních výzkumů.
