Tato diplomová práce se zabývá osobností učitele a syndromem vyhoření v jeho povolání. První část diplomové práce zahrnuje informace získané studiem odborné literatury, které popisují vznik stresu a příčiny stresu. The diploma thesis analyses a personality of the teacher and burnout syndrome in his profession. The first chapter of my diploma work involves information from the professional literature, which defines the rise of stress and cause of stress.
