This thesis presents the development of the state basic art education in Hradec Kralove since the establishment in 1954 until 2014. The thesis also includes a brief history of the Czech and Slovak art education development since the early 20th century as well as the complex reform of the basic art education, which since 2007 over the following five years fundamentally changed its operating principles …more
