Cílem mé diplomové práce je objasnění postavení člověka v pracovním systému, vysvětlení významu práce s ohledem na psychosociální aspekty, určení legislativní problematiky bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, vymezení práv a povinností zaměstnance v souvislosti s BOZP a zkoumání problematiky duševního zdraví jednotlivce v pracovním systému. The aim of this thesis is to clarify the human role in the work environment. It explains the importance of psychosocial aspects, legislatives issues of occupational health and safety, the definition of rights and duties of employees related to health and safety and the exploration of individual?s mental health in their work environment.
