Bioinformatical analysis of gltcosyltransferases from Mycobacterium tuberculosis
Abstract:
Byl vytvořen seznam 41 proteinů, které jsou potvrzenými a pravděpodobnými glykosyltransferasami z Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Bylo zjištěno, že 24 glykosyltransferas se podílí na stavbě buněčné stěny, 3 na lipidovém metabolismu, 1 na virulenci, 17 na metabolismu samotné buňky a 4 jsou hypotetickými proteiny. Abstract:
A list of 41 proteins which are known or putative glycosyltransferases from Mycobacterium tuberculosis was made. 24 of them participate in synthesis of the cell wall, 3 of them in lipid metabolism, 1 in virulence of bacteria, 17 are participating in cell metabolism and 4 of them are hypotethical proteins.
