The analysis of the appropriateness of communication tools in a selected commercial enterprise

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá interní komunikací a jejími nástroji. Jejím cílem je analýza vhodnosti používaných komunikačních nástrojů ve zvoleném podniku Kovosvit MAS, a.s. Na základě zjištěných výsledků navrhnu případná opatření. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoreticko-metodologická část objasňuje pojmy jako komunikace, komunikační proces, cíle firemní komunikace, členění vnitrofiremní komunikace a komunikační nástroje. Druhá část je část aplikační. Věnuji se charakteristice společnosti, jejím službám, organizační struktuře společnosti a jejím nástrojům pro interní komunikaci. Následně je provedena analýza používaných komunikačních nástrojů pomocí rozboru vnitropodnikových dokumentů, pozorováním, dotazníkovým šetřením a neformálním rozhovorem. V práci se zabývám třemi výzkumnými otázkami: které nástroje komunikace jsou ve firmě nejvíce využívány, zda je komunikace v jednotlivých komunikačních tocích účinná a jaká jsou možná zlepšení interní komunikace. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření a následně mnou navrženy opatření pro zlepšení interní komunikace a jejích nástrojů ve společnosti Kovosvit MAS, a.s.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with an internal communication and its instruments. Its aim is an analysis of adequacy of communication instruments used in Kovosvit MAS, a.s. On the basis of ascertained outcomes I will propose eventual measures. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical-methodological part clarifies terms such as communication, communication process, aims of corporate communication, classification of internal corporate communication and communication instruments. The second part is application. I devote to the characteristics of the company, its services, organizational structure of the company and its instruments for internal communication. After that, an analysis of used communication instruments is made via study of corporate documents, observation, questionnaire research and informal discussion. In this bachelor thesis I pursue thee research questions: which communication instruments are used at the most in the company, whtas is the quality of communication in the investigated part of the company and which are possible improvements of the internal communication. At the end of this bachelor thesis I evaluate outcomes of the questionnaire research and subsequently, I propose measures for improvement of internal communication and its instruments in Kovosvit MAS, a.s.
