Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kvality poskytovaných služeb ve Spa hotelu Lanterna. Cílem práce je důkladně analyzovat a následně zhodnotit úroveň stávajících služeb. V teoretické části jsou zpracovány základní poznatky z oblasti cestovního ruchu, marketingu cestovního ruchu, hotelových služeb a marketingového výzkumu. The bachelor's thesis deals with a topic of quality of services provided by the Spa hotel Lanterna. The aim of my work is to carry out a detailed analysis and evaluate the level of current services.
