Diplomová práce se zabývá komplexní analýzou teoretických přístupů a praktickým měřením výkonnosti podniku s důrazem na jeho systém odměňování. Cílem je prozkoumat vliv odměňování zaměstnanců na jejich motivaci, a tím i na celkovou efektivnost firmy. The master's thesis deals with a comprehensive analysis of theoretical approaches and the practical measurement of a company's performance with an emphasis on its remuneration system.
