Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu péče o zákazníka ve firmě Baťa a.s. do roku 1945, která slouží jako inspirace pro současnou firmu. The bachelor thesis is focused on the customer care in the company Baťa a.s. until year 1945 as an inspiration for the selected company. Theoretical part of thesis is dealing with basic concepts related to customer care. The analytical part contains analysis of the archival documents related to customer care in the company Baťa a.s.
