Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na využití odpadního tepla z chlazení chladicích boxů. Je zde popsána historie a principy chlazení, jednotlivé druhy chlazení a jejich použití u chladicích boxů. Součástí mé práce je návrh chladicího zařízení pro restaurační provozovnu s využitím odpadního tepla. Scope of my diploma thesis I focused on waste heat using from refrigeration systems. Main parts are concerned with history and cooling principles, various refrigeration types and their usage in cooler boxes. Final part of my thesis is design of a walk-in cooler for restaurant with waste heat utilization.
