Abstract:

Diplomová práce Supervize a syndrom vyhoření se zabývá významem, který v rámci prevence syndromu vyhoření přikládají pomáhající pracovníci sociálních služeb supervizi. Hlavní výzkumná otázka práce zní „Jaký význam přikládají supervizi v rámci prevence syndromu vyhoření pomáhající pracovníci ve vybrané organizaci poskytující sociální služby?“ Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a empirickou část. Teoretická část se zabývá konceptualizaci pojmů z hlavní výzkumné otázky, rozpracovává koncept pomáhajícího pracovníka, syndromu vyhoření a supervize. V empirické části je předložen výzkumný postup, zdůvodněna volba výzkumné strategie a volba jednotky zkoumání a zjišťování a operacionalizace dílčích výzkumných otázek plynoucích z teoretické části, následně autorka interpretuje a analyzuje získaná data a v závěru zodpovídá hlavní výzkumnou otázku a připojuje doporučení pro praxi supervize v organizaci sociálních služeb.

Abstract:

The Diploma thesis Supervision and Burnout Syndrome deals with the importance that the prevention of burnout attach assisting workers social services supervision. The main research question of the thesis is "What is the importance attached supervision in preventing burnout assisting employees in a selected organization providing social services?" The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the conceptualization of the terms of the main research questions and developing the concept of an assistant, burnout and supervision. In the empirical part of the research process is presented, justified the choice of research strategy and choice of units of the research and the operationalization of the research questions arising from the theoretical part, the author then analyzes and interprets the data and in the end the responsibility of the main research question and adds recommendations for practice supervision in the organization of social of services.
