Optical characterization of silicon nitride thin films
Abstract:
V této bakalářské práci se věnujeme optické charakterizaci nestechiometrických tenkých vrstev nitridu křemíku. Nejprve uvádíme základní teorii chování světla na rozhraní jednoho i více prostředí. Následně zaměřujeme pozornost na způsob výroby a metody měření studovaných vzorků. Zavádíme strukturní i disperzní modely, kterými vzorky popisujeme. In this thesis we study optical properties of non-stoichiometric silicon nitride thin films. First we introduce basic theory of light propagation through single layered and multilayered systems. Next we focus on methods of deposition and measurement of studied samples. We introduce structural and dispersion models, by which are samples described.
