Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh projektu uplatnění metod PI ve firmě System Plus Zlín, s.r.o. Ve vybrané firmě jsem se zaměřila na největší nedostatky z hlediska průmyslového inženýrství. This diplomatic work is intent on proposal project, apply industrial engineering methods in system Plus Zlin, s.r. o. firm. I locate the biggest absence of industrial engineering in selected firm.
