Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce na téma Studie proveditelnosti: pronájem a renovace domu na hotel. Je složena ze dvou hlavních částí, teoretické a praktické. První teoretická část je věnována obecnému pojetí projektového řízení. Detailně popisuje, co je to projekt a jaké klíčové vlastnosti by měl splňovat. Dále jsou rozebrány jednotlivé ka-pitoly studie proveditelnosti podle metodiky UNIDO. Ve druhé části je zpracována studie proveditelnosti na konkrétním tématu: pronájem a rekonstrukce domu na hotel, včetně všech potřebných analýz a kalkulací. Na konci práce jsou rozebrány výsledky studie a zodpovězen cíl práce prostřednictvím doporučení.

Abstract:

This diploma thesis on Feasibility study: Renting and Renovating a House into a Ho-tel consists of two main parts, theoretical and practical. The first theoretical part is devoted to the general concept of project management. It describes in detail what a project is and what key characteristics it should have. Then the individual chapters of the feasibility study according to the UNIDO methodology are discussed. In the second part, a feasibility study on the specific topic of renting and renovating a house into a hotel is prepared, including all necessary analyses and calculations. At the end of the thesis, the results of the study are discussed, and the objective of the thesis is answered through recommendations.
