Anthropological Perspective on Anorexia Nervosa

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá různými perspektivami, jakými informanti nahlíží na mentální anorexii. Jedná se o informanty nahlížející z různých pozic. Do bakalářské práce byli zapojeni lidé s mentální anorexií, jejich blízcí a lidé, kteří se s nemocí nikdy nesetkali. Další část bakalářské práce se zaměřuje na mýty kolující o této nemoci a zjišťuje míru informovanosti o této nemoci ve společnosti. Hlavním cílem práce tedy je zjistit, jak na mentální anorexii nahlíží lidé, kteří si nemocí neprošli, jak na ni nahlíží jejich blízcí, a jak lidé, kteří se s anorexií nikdy nesetkali.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is concerned with different perspectives by which informants looks on mental anorexia. These are informants looking from different positions. In the bachelor thesis were involved people with mental anorexia, their relatives, and people who never cross path with this disease. Next part of bachelor´s thesis focuses on myths circulating around this disease and ensures rate of awareness about this disease in sociality. The main aim of the work is ensured how to deal with mental anorexia, it focuses on people who never had this disease, how their close friends look on it and on people who never crossed paths with anorexia.
