Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá osobnostně sociálním rozvojem studentů Pedagogické fakulty Masarykovy univerzity, kteří se účastnili kurzu Gestalt Theatre. Cílem je zmapovat sebezkušenost účastníků kurzu. Teoretická část pojednává o potenciálu sociální pedagogiky v souvislosti s tématem práce, osobnostním a sociálním rozvoji ve vzdělávacím kontextu a v neposlední řadě představuje přístup Gestalt Theatre jako metodu osobnostně sociálního rozvoje, která je využívána v praxi, avšak prozatím není plně ukotvena teoreticky. Empirická část popisuje zvolenou metodologii, průběh výzkumu, analýzu dat, jejich interpretace a závěry výzkumu. Metodou Interpretativní fenomenologické analýzy (IPA) jsou zpracovány rozhovory se čtyřmi účastníky kurzu.

Abstract:

This Bachelor thesis deals with the personal and social development of students of the Faculty of Education at Masaryk University who participated in Gestalt Theatre – course of personal development. The aim is to map the participants' self-experience. development. The theoretical part concerns the potential of social education in connection to the topic of the thesis, personal and social development in the educational context, and last but not least introduces Gestalt Theatre as a method for personal and professional development which is used in practice, but so far not fully grounded theoretically. The empirical part describes the methodology used, the research, data analysis, interpretations and the findings. Using the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA) as a method, the interviews with four participants of the course were analysed.
