Security in financial management in terms of operational security

Abstract:

Tématem této diplomové práce je bezpečnost ve finanční správě z hlediska provozního zabezpečení. V teoretické části mé diplomové práce se v první kapitole věnuji nejprve pojmu bezpečnosti České republiky. Druhá kapitola této diplomové práce pojednává o internetovém zabezpečení ve finanční správě a všeobecně o tom, jak je zabezpečení ve finanční správě řešeno. Další kapitoly jsou zaměřeny na hlavní myšlenku diplomové práce a tím je představit téma bezpečnosti zaměstnanců při práci ve finanční správě, popsat jeho aktuální stav a stanovit nová opatření, která povedou k větší bezpečnosti v budoucnu. Zásadní otázkou této práce je, zda je vůbec možné předvídat rizika, která v tomto sektoru mohou přijít a předcházet jejich následkům za použití různých opatření. Má diplomová práce obsahuje dvě hypotézy. V první hypotéze budu zjišťovat, zda je z bezpečnostního, ale také ekonomického hlediska možné zavést detektor kovu na finanční úřady. V druhé hypotéze se věnuji tomu, zda je z bezpečnostního hlediska, ale také ekonomického možné zavést metodu biometrie na finanční úřady. Na závěr jsem shrnula splnění cíle těchto hypotéz.

Abstract:

The topic of this diploma thesis is security in financial administration in terms of operational security. In the theoretical part of my diploma thesis, in the first chapter I first deal with the concept of Security of the Czech Republic. The second chapter of this diploma thesis deals with Internet security in Financial Administration and in general how security in financial Administration is solved. The next chapters are focused on the main idea of the diploma thesis and thus is to introduce the topic of employee safety in financial administration, describe its current state and determine new measures that will lead to greater security in the future. The fundamental question of this work is whether it is at all possible to anticipate the risks that may come in this sector and prevent their consequences by using various measures. My diploma thesis contains two hypotheses. In the first hypothesis, I will find out whether it is possible to introduce a metal detector to tax authorities from a security, but also from an economic point of view. In the second hypothesis, I focus on whether it is possible from a security point of view, but also economically, to introduce the method of biometrics at tax authorities. Finally, I summarized the fulfillment of the goal of these hypotheses.
