Abstract:

Bakalářská práce Kompetenční profil asistentů pedagoga v inkluzivním vzdělávání v MŠ a na ZŠ se zabývá oblastí inkluze a inkluzivního vzdělávání, přesněji tím, jak probíhá inkluze na školách. Cílem práce je zjistit, zda zákonem stanovený profil pozice asistenta pedagoga odpovídá očekávání samotných pedagogů pro tuto pozici. Teoretická východiska práce jsou zaměřena na problematiku inkluzivního vzdělávání na školách, problematiku legislativního rámce inkluzivního vzdělávání a problematiku podpůrných opatření. Dále práce také představuje koncept inkluze ve 21. století a profil pozice asistenta pedagoga a jeho kompetencí v mateřských školách a na základních školách. Praktická část práce je založena na analýze kvantitativního šetření realizovaného prostřednictvím strukturovaného rozhovoru s pedagogy a s asistenty pedagoga, jak ve školách mateřských, tak ve školách základních. Cílem praktické části bakalářské práce je zjistit, zda by pedagogové ocenili více asistentů pedagoga na školách a také, zda by ocenili, aby asistenti pedagoga měli větší pravomoc. Výzkumné otázky se zaměřují na to, aby testovaly hypotézy vytvořené na základě analýzy odborné literatury.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis Competence profile of teacher assistants in inclusive education in nursery school and primary school deals with the area of inclusion and inclusive education, more precisely how the inclusion in schools takes place. The aim of this work is to find out whether the statutory profile of the position of an assistant teacher corresponds to the expectations of the teachers themselves for this position. The theoretical basis of the work is focused on the issue of inclusive education in schools, the legislative framework of inclusive education and the issue of support measures. The thesis also introduces the concept of inclusion in the 21st century and the profile of the position of the assistant teacher and competences this position in nursery and primary schools. The practical part of the thesis is based on the analysis of a quantitative survey carried out through a structured interview with educators and teacher assistants, both in nursery and primary schools. The aim of the practical part of the thesis is to find out whether teachers would appreciate more teacher assistants at schools and also whether they would appreciate that teacher assistants would have greater authority. Research questions focus on testing hypotheses based on an analysis of literature.
