Abstract:
Práce se zabývá problematikou mobbingu v prostředí středních škol v Jihomoravském kraji. Předmětem práce jsou učitelé středních škol a jejich zkušenosti s šikanou na pracovišti. Teoretická část se zabývá analýzou mobbingu, jeho formami, výskytem, přístupem nadřízených, možnostmi obrany jedinců vůči teroru na pracovišti a vlivem špatných pracovních vztahů na školní klima. This thesis deals with mobbing in a high school environment in the South Moravian region. The work describes the experience of high school teachers with bullying on the workplace.
