Tato diplomová práce se zabývá Mezinárodním kytarovým festivalem Brno. První část práce pojednává o historii vzniku festivalu a popisuje jednotlivé ročníky. V druhé části autorka popisuje jednotlivé složky, které se k festivalu váží a posléze navrhuje, jak vylepšit nebo zefektivnit fungování celé akce. This diploma thesis deals with the International Guitar Festival Brno. The first part of the thesis deals with the history of the festival and describes the individual years. In the second part, the author describes the individual components that weigh the festival and later suggests how to improve or streamline the operation of the event.
