Cílem mé diplomové práce bylo najít odpověď na hlavní výzkumnou otázku: Jaké důvody mohou vést k destabilizaci XY. vrtulníkové letky? Cíl práce reagoval na vlny odchodů zkušených výkonných vojenských letců ze služebních poměrů. Práce je rozdělena do tří tematických částí. V první části práce jsou vymezeny teoretické pojmy z oblasti motivace, stimulace a jsou zmíněny teorie motivace, z nichž vycházím v empirické části. První část se rovněž věnuje teorii z oblasti vojenského vrtulníkového letectva. V metodologické části je popsána výzkumná strategie a postup. V analytické části jsem shrnul jednotlivá zjištění, která vyplynula z dotazníkového šetření a ze studia interních dokumentů. Výsledkem práce bylo zjištění možných důvodů destabilizace a formulace doporučení pro praxi.

The objective of my thesis was to find the answer to the key question: What reasons can lead to destabilization of XY. helicopter unit? The thesis objective was a reaction to a wave of leaving experienced military flying personnel from a staff ratios. Thesis is divided into three thematic parts. In the first part of thesis are defined theoretical concepts of motivation, stimulation and are mentioned theories of motivation, which I´m base the empirical part on. The first part also deals with the theory of military helicopter aviation. In the methodology section is described the research strategy and procedure. The analytical part summarizes findings from questionnaire survey and research of internal documents. The result of the thesis was the finding possible causes of destabilization and formulation of recommendations for practice.
