Safety management in schools with regard to external risk

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na řízení bezpečnosti ve školních zařízeních se zřetelem na vnější rizika. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění současného stavu bezpečnosti na konkrétních školách a následné porovnání s ČSN 73 440. Jde o porovnání normy se skutečným stavem v praxi ve vybraných školních zařízeních. V práci jsou popsány pojmy z oboru bezpečnosti a řízení bezpečnosti. K tomu je doplněna kapitola týkající se opatření k zajištění bezpečnosti. V práci jsou dále popsány konkrétní vnější rizika vyplývající z ČSN 73 440 a dokumenty týkající se školské legislativy. V posledních kapitolách teoretické části práce se nachází průřez bezpečnostních incidentů v ČR i v zahraničí. Praktická část práce se věnovala případovým studiím vybraných škol. Na konkrétních školách byly provedeny komparace s ČSN 73 440 a následnou SWOT analýzou. Poslední kapitola výsledků práce byla doplněna o možné návrhy bezpečnostního opatření.

Abstract:

Bachelor's thesis focusing on safety management in school facilities with regard to external risk. The purpose of the bachelor's thesis is ensuring the current situation of safety at specific schools and suitable comparison with ČSN 73 440. The thesis describes standart with the actual state in practice at specific schools. To this is added a chapter that contains expressions and safety managenet. There is also a chapter including security measures. The work also describes the specific external risks associated with ČSN 73 440 and documents related to school legislation. In the last chapters of the theoretical part of the work is situated a cross-section of security incidents in the Czech Republic and abroad. The practical part of the work is devoted to case studies of selected schools. Comparisons with ČSN 73 440 and subsequent SWOT analysis were proved at specific schools. The last chapter of the results of the work was supplemented by possible proposals for security measures.
