Rationalization of logistics processes in the selected enterprise
Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá skladovými operacemi ve výrobním podniku CERATA. Poznatky z literatury jsou shrnuty v teoretické části práce. V praktické části je navrženo zavedení moderního systému řízení skladu a zavedení systému značení skladových položek za pomoci technologií čárových kódů nebo RFID čipy. Opatření jsou hodnocena z technického i ekonomického hlediska.
Abstract:
This thesis deals with warehouse operations at the manufacturing company CERATA. Literature findings are summarised in the theoretical part of the work. The practical part proposes the introduction of a modern warehouse management system and introduction of a barecode technology of RFID chip marking system. Measures are assessed from a technical and economic perspective.
