Tato diplomová práce se zabývá profesním vztahem pracovníka v sociálních službách k uživateli terénních služeb. Kvalitativní výzkum byl prováděn na jedné z mnoha Charit České republiky. Konkrétně na třech střediscích - na terénní odlehčovací službě, centru osobní asistence a na domácí pečovatelské službě. This diploma thesis deals with the professional relationship of a worker in social services to a user of field services. Qualitative research was carried out at one of the many Charities of the Czech Republic. Specifically, at three centers - the field relief service, the personal assistance center and the home care service.
