Action learning in mathematics at primary school

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá možnostmi využití činnostního učení ve vyučování matematiky na 1. stupni základní školy. Využití námětů z činnostního učení může vést ke zvyšování zájmu žáků o matematiku. Cílem je ukázat, jak lze využít činností žáků při řešení netradičních úloh. V teoretické části jsou popsány netradiční úlohy z oblasti abaku, zápis přirozeného čísla v různých číselných soustavách a operace s celými čísly. Praktická část obsahuje pracovní listy zaměřené na práci s abakem, číselnými soustavami a operace s celými čísly a ověřování jejich účinnosti v praxi.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the possibilities of kinestetic learning by doing in teaching mathematics at the first grade of primary school. The use of activity in learning leads to increase pupils interest in mathematics. The aim is to show how teacher can use the activities of pupils in solving non-traditional exercises. In the theoretical section non-traditional jobs from the field abacus writing natural numbers in different number systems and operations with integers are described. The practical part includes worksheets focusing on working with abacus, number systems and operations with integers and eficiency authentication in practice.
