Problematic Areas of Cooperation between Family and Kindergarten Teachers

Abstract:

Diplomová práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. Cílem výzkumné části práce je prozkoumat, jaké jsou problematické oblasti spolupráce rodičů s dítětem s odkladem školní docházky a učitelem mateřské školy vykonávající přímou pedagogickou činnost z pohledu obou aktérů spolupráce. Cílem teoretické části práce je na základě studia odborných zdrojů definovat a popsat jednotlivé aspekty spolupráce rodiny a mateřské školy s odhledem na rodiče, učitele a dítě s odkladem školní docházky. V empirické části jsou prezentovány výsledky kvalitativně orientovaného výzkumu realizovaného prostřednictvím zakotvené teorie. Data byla sesbírána pomocí hlavní metody, kterou bylo polostrukturované interview. Tato interview byla realizována s rodiči dětí s odkladem školní docházky a s učitelkami mateřských škol realizující přímou pedagogickou činnost s dětmi s odkladem školní docházky. Z analýzy sesbíraných dat byl vytvořen paradigmatický model s centrální kategorií, která zprostředkovává náhled učitelů i rodičů na současnou spolupráci v mateřských školách a individualizované trendy spolupráce.

Abstract:

Diploma thesis has a theoretical-empirical character. The aim of the research part of the thesis is to examine what are the problematic areas of cooperation between parents of children with postponement school attendance and kindergarten teacher performing direct pedagogical activity from the perspective of both actors of cooperation. The aim of the theoretical part of the thesis is based on the study of professional resources to define and describe the various aspects of cooperation between family and kindergarten considering parents, teachers and children with delayed school attendance. The empirical part presents the results of qualitatively oriented research carried out through grounded theory. Data were collected using the main method, which was a semi-structured interview. These interviews were implemented with parents of children with postponed school attendance and with kindergarten teachers implementing direct pedagogical activity with children with postponed school attendance. A paradigmatic model with a central category was created from the analysis of the collected data, which mediates the view of teachers and parents on the current cooperation in kindergartens and individualized trends of cooperation.
