Práce se zabývá problematikou nízkoenergetických staveb. Mimo klasických ekonomických kritérií hodnotí i kritéria spojená s environmentálními a sociálními faktory a jejich vlivy na vývoj a moderní trendy ve stavebnictví a bydlení. The work occupies with low-energy buildings issue. Alongside the classic economic criterions evaluates the criterions related to environmental and social factors and their influences on the development and modern trends in construction and housing.
