The role of CSR in strategy of Kazakh companies

Abstract:

Abstrakt Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě analýzy CSR vybraných podniků v Kazachstánu vytvořit návrhy na zlepšení aktuálního stavu využívání CSR u těchto firem. Pro účely této práce byly vybrány následující podniky: KazMunayGas, Tengizchevroil, KazKommercBank a Samruk-Energy. Bakalářská práce je věnována CSR aktivitám v Kazachstánu. Jedná se o oblast, která je rychle se rozvíjející a která se těší velké popularitě. Kořeny CSR ve státě sahají až k historii a nutnosti zajistit péči o svého hosta. Bohužel ale kazachstánským podnikům chybí jasná koncepce, vize a mise CSR. Lze se setkat s tím, že kazachstánské firmy do CSR aktivit zařazují svoje běžné provozní nebo investiční náklady, což by se nemělo dělat. Proto hlavním výstupem práce je navržení CSR koncepce, která je zaměřena na jádro CSR politiky – environmentální, ekonomické a sociální oblasti.

Abstract:

The aim of this bachelor thesis is based on the analysis of CSR selected companies in Kazakhstan to create proposals to improve the current use of CSR in these companies. The following companies were selected for the purpose of this work: KazMunayGas, Tengizchevroil, KazKommercBank and Samruk-Energy. The bachelor thesis is devoted to CSR activities in Kazakhstan. It is an area that is rapidly developing and enjoying great popularity. The roots of CSR in the state go back to history and the need to ensure the care of their guest. Unfortunately, Kazakhstan's businesses lack a clear CSR concept, vision and mission. It can be seen that the Kazakh companies place their normal operating or investment costs in CSR assets, which should not be done. Therefore, the main output of the work is to propose a CSR concept that focuses on the core of CSR policy - environmental, economic and social.
