Diplomová práce se věnuje důsledkům, jež přináší jednotlivé fáze insolvenčního řízení obchodní korporaci, členům jejích orgánů a společníkům, akcionářům či členům družstva. Práce zobrazuje, jak jsou přesouvána jednotlivá oprávnění a povinnosti z rukou statutárního orgánu do rukou insolvenčního správce a případně i věřitelů, zejména pak dispoziční oprávnění k majetkové podstatě. This thesis deals with impacts that brings the different phases of the insolvency proceedings to a business corporation, the members of its organs and partners, shareholders or members of the cooperative society.
