Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou řízení pohledávek z obchodního styku. Práce řeší význam správného načasování a optimálního řízení pohledávek. Nahlíží na pohledávky jako na významný finanční ukazatel podniku a prostřednictvím finančních výkazů a finančních ukazatelů nastiňuje význam správného a efektivního řízení pohledávek. Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl analyzovat přístupy k řízení pohledávek u dvou vzorových společností. Výstupem analýzy je systém představení dílčích procesů a nástrojů řízení pohledávek uplatňovaných v praxi. Hlavním cílem je vytvoření optimálního modulu procesu řízení pohledávek. Bakalářská práce zároveň objasňuje význam informací a použití těchto nástrojů v různých fázích řízení pohledávky, respektive řízení vztahu s obchodním partnerem jako významné součásti efektivního řízení pohledávek.

Abstract:

The bachelor´s thesis deals with accounts receivable management. It focuses on the importance of the right timing of optimal credit management. Accounts receivable are represented as significant financial indicator of the company. Financial reports and indicators demonstrate the importance of accurate and effective credit management. A goal of the thesis is to analyze different attitudes to credit management by two sample companies. The output of the analysis is to present the partial processes and different instruments used in companies. The main goal is to create the process model of optimal accounts receivable management. The bachelor´s thesis shows the significance of using the appropriate instruments and information according to the phase of debt and the phase of administration the relationship with the business partner.
