Children flexibility of upper primary school

Abstract:

Problémy s flexibilitou u dětí jsou v dnešní době častým problémem. Nesprávné sezení a nedostatek pohybu nahrává vzniku svalových dysbalancí, které jsou s flexibilitou úzce spjaty. Poruchy s flexibilitou a mobilitou bychom mohli zařadit jako civilizační chorobu, která jedince omezuje v každodenních činnostech jako oblékání oděvů, česání vlasů apod. Rovněž je nezbytná k podání nejlepším sportovním výkonům. Prevencí těchto problémů je pravidelný strečink a aktivní pohyb. Cílem práce je popsat míru úrovně flexibility u dětí 2. stupně základních škol a zjistit, zdali tyto děti splňují normy vybraných motorických testů. Byly vybrány 2 motorické testy, které měly za úkol popsat míru flexibility, v různých částech těla těchto dětí. Měření se zúčastnilo 50 dětí základní školy ZŠ Frýdecká v Havířově. Věkové rozmezí dětí bylo 12-14 let. Dalším cílem je porovnání rozdílů, mezi sportujícími a nesportujícími dětmi a mezi dívkami a chlapci. Předpokladem je větší flexibilita sportovců a dívek. Byly provedeny a změřeny 2 motorické testy. V prvním testu (Zipper test), byla měřena vzdálenost mezery mezi prsty při dotyku rukou za zády při stoji. Druhým testem byla Thomayerova zkouška, kde byla měřena mezera mezi prsty na rukou a podlahou při hlubokém předklonu snožném. Výsledky měření byly zapsány do tabulky a poté popsány. V tabulce je uvedeno genderové rozdělení žáků, a zdali se věnují sportu.

Abstract:

Problems with children flexibility is a common problem today. Improper sitting and lack of movement contributes the development of muscle imbalances, which are closely related to flexibility. Disorders with flexibility and mobility could be classified as a civilization disease, which limits the individual in everyday activities such as dressing clothes, combing hair, etc. It is also relevant for the best sports performances. Prevention of these problems is regular stretching and active movement. The objective of this work is to describe the amount of flexibility, among children of the second grade of primary schools. Two exercises were selected to measure the amount of flexibility, in different parts of the body of these children. 50 children of the Frýdecká primary school in Havířov took part in this measurment. The age range of children was 12-14 years. Another goal is to compare the differences between athletic and non-athletic children and between girls and boys. The prerequisite is greater flexibility for athletes and girls. 2 motoric tests were performed and measured. In the first test, the distance between the fingers was measured while touching the hands behind the back. The second exercise was to measure the gap between the fingers and the floor, with a deep forward bend. The measurement results were recorded in a table. The table shows the gender distribution of pupils and whether they engage in sports.
