Establishing of a vegan restaurant
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je vytvořit podnikatelský záměr restaurace, která by byla specializována na veganská jídla. Práce je rozdělena do tří částí - teoretické, praktické a návrhové. V první části jsou vysvětleny pojmy veganství a pojmy spojené s podnikáním. Druhá část obsahuje analýzy okolí podniku a výsledky dotazníkového šetření. Třetí část tvoří podnikatelský záměr pro vytvoření restaurace.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to establish a business plan for a restaurant specialized in a vegan dishes. There are three parts - theoretical, practical and proposal. The first part explains the concept of veganism and concepts associated with businesses.
