Cílem diplomové práce je zpracovat koncepci řízení projektů v nevládní neziskové organizaci zaměřenou zejména na oblast financování a řízení projektů ze strukturálních fondů včetně ekonomických a pracovněprávních aspektů. The goal of the thesis is to analyse the project management process in the non-governmental non-profit organization.
