Abstract:

Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat proces přijímání a adaptace zaměstnanců ve firmě XY. Následně identifikovat, zda průběh těchto procesů koresponduje s očekáváním a potřebami zaměstnanců. Teoretická část čerpá z odborné literatury a charakterizuje výše zmíněné procesy. V praktické části je představena firma XY, její firemní kultura a postup při přijímání a adaptaci nově nastupujících zaměstnanců. V závěru jsou zhodnoceny výsledky dotazníkového šetření a následně navrženy změny pro zlepšení procesů.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the process of onboarding and adaptation of employees in company XY and subsequently to identify whether the progress of these processes corresponds with expectations and needs of the employees.The theoretical part draws from literature and characterizes the above-mentioned processes.The practical part introduces company XY, its corporate culture and the process of onboarding and adaptation of new employees.At the end, the results of the questionnaire survey are evaluated and changes are proposed to improve the processes.
