Cieľom bakalárskej práce je porovnať dva typy financovania nehnuteľnosti z pohľadu výhod a nevýhod pre klienta. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená na štyri kapitoly, z ktorých prvá obsahuje vybrané typy financovania nehnuteľnosti, ich charakteristiku, vznik až po priebeh a zánik.
